The client wanted to have multiple malls and merchants onboard a single loyalty platform. The platform should provide a unified points earning and spending mechanism along with other loyalty program benefits.
Having worked on similar platforms earlier, the E2logy team of SMEs, software architects and developers already had an idea about the underlying challenges and knew the mitigation strategies for those challenges. They quickly setup a platform consisting of a mobile app & website for shoppers and a backend for M Malls. The shoppers will be able to access the merchants directory along with the on-going offers and promotions for the members. The solution also included a seamless redemption process for the points and carpark vouchers. The backend enabled the M mall admins to easily manage all the aspects of the platform be it setting up the various parameters of the loyalty program, the promotions and merchants along with an easy management of the redemption process.
As a result, the platform enabled the shopper to earn M Points, purchase digital mall vouchers via the mobile app and beat queues with a seamless car park redemption process. The platform provided a unique experience to the shoppers by providing ability to earn and redeem points across the participating malls and merchant establishments.
