Our client owns income-producing real estate that is primarily used for office and/or retail purposes. They were looking for a Loyalty and Reward Program for their City Mall. The program should provide a common reward platform for all merchants. They were looking for a cardless reward system that could allow their shoppers to earn reward points as they spend in the mall.
They could then redeem the earned points as vouchers and utilize those vouchers. They also wanted to use the same platform to provide information about ongoing offers, happenings, and events in the mall.
One of the core objectives of the project was to provide a cardless loyalty program so the main challenge was validating the shoppers. Also, the merchants were using different POS systems so validating the purchases made and awarding the respective reward points to the shoppers was also another challenge as integrating to all the different POS was not feasible. Making the redemption process as easy as possible for the shoppers was another challenge.

As part of its loyalty program, the platform introduced a Cardless Loyalty program that allows shoppers to shop across any merchant and earn rewards points without having to carry a physical membership card when making purchases. You can earn rewards by uploading your purchase receipts from anywhere.
Furthermore, shoppers can redeem their earned points against e-Vouchers, which can be used at any store in the mall. The client was able to offer a beautiful customer experience and run customer-focused campaigns with the help of the platform.
