Our client is one of the largest hotel tourism management companies in the world. Their business is providing a hospitality, retail, and education company. They were looking for a content management system to manage the information regarding their hotels and other events that they are managing. The system would act as a single source for the information that will be served to their website and mobile application.

CHALLENGE

The CMS solution is required to support multiple languages on the website and mobile apps, so the admin can easily configure content across multiple languages with the CMS. Considering that the majority of the users will be non-technical, the proposed solution needed a very user friendly interface so that any non-technical person can easily comprehend the system and start using it without any problems. One more challenge was that the content was going to be created by users across various departments so the CMS needed to have proper content authoring, review & approval, and publishing mechanisms in place so that it gives proper centralized control to the administrator.

SOLUTION

E2logy team, having delivered many CMS solutions in the past, quickly understood the key challenges in the project and proposed a custom CMS solution to ITDC. The solution allowed the users to update the content of their website and mobile app at any time with ease. Furthermore, the users did not need to understand any programming languages or code to use the CMS. It offered easy administration for the content along with very powerful content publishing tools with simple workflows and controls. Having built on top of the .Net framework, the solution was robust, scalable, and fully secured. It had tiered permissions for the users with a secure login mechanism.

As a result, the platform helped the client to easily manage the content for their website as well as a mobile app. The client was now able to have full control over the content across the website and the app. It allowed the client to streamline the overall content authoring process and it also helped them to bring down their website maintenance cost.

Property Management System

Our client wanted to establish a platform that would allow residents to provide their properties as Airbnb rentals. The proposed platform will be tightly integrated with Airbnb and should allow residents to list their properties on Airbnb via the platform. Hosts will be able to easily manage information about their properties on the platform. The main goal of the platform is to allow hosts to get detailed insights about their revenue from the property.

CHALLENGE

The primary challenge of the project was the integration with Airbnb. Apart from the integration, the project included several interfaces like the mobile app and website for the hosts and backend for their website. The client also wanted to offer some additional services to the guests so they wanted to have add-on features like home cleaning, key-less entry, events management, and the ability to post other curated content.

SOLUTION

Experts at E2logy quickly understood the whole business concept and designed a fully scalable architecture for the system that not only met the current requirements but was also able to support the expected growth of the business over the years. The platform, was built as a property management system where property owners and property MasterHosts list their property on Airbnb and a guest can book a unit over Airbnb and a MasterHost can able to chat with a host, check monthly, weekly, and yearly revenue with the help of charts, post a review about a guest, manage events and much more using the system.

A master host can sync a unit(s) of a property with the help of Airbnb and also modify details about a unit like a floor plan, number of bedrooms, etc. And after updating details a MasterHost can publish their listings and if all the information is valid then a guest can book a listing over Airbnb.

Some useful tools, like video-wall, will be useful for property management to overview all their earnings on a single screen and slideshow images or videos on the big screen.


RESULTS

The platform, allowed residents to earn extra income when they list and rent their space on Airbnb and their guests enjoy a hotel alternative that feels like home. The platform made the process seamless and secure with advanced technology and services like on-site MasterHosts™, home cleaning, keyless entry, five-star amenities, and curated weekly events such as wellness classes, social gatherings, and Airbnb Experiences.

The Mobile app allows residents to sync with their Airbnb calendar, check earnings YTD, and see future bookings. On top of that, they can reserve amenities, pay rent, and more. They can also opt-in for weekly or monthly cleaning services provided by client.

It is a service and equipment company focused on providing hospitals, manufacturers, and medical professionals with the highest quality services. The client was looking for a quality management system for clinical perfusionists. The system would make it easier for medical professionals to manage all procedures commonly performed including cardiopulmonary bypass, stand-by, autotransfusion, platelet therapy, and ECMO, among others.

CHALLENGE

A major challenge in this development was to create a single system that not only maintained patient information but also kept all patient documents in one place. An objective was to get a solution that would simplify and streamline the various procedures related to onboarding new patients, preparing cases, and checking quality, by providing all the required information and by adding checklists and quality control procedures to each case.

SOLUTION

Experts at E2logy developed an application that is compatible with any computer that has a web browser and Internet connection, as well as tablet computers such as the iPad.
