RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.

  • Troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.

  • Resolving network LAN, WiFi related issues.

  • Windows/Linux/Mac Operating System Support

  • Installation of Antivirus & Updating.

  • Crimping

  • Assigning IP Address, Checking Internet Connectivity

  • Printer Installation

  • All types of software/application & hardware/driver installation

  • Providing timely Support to users.

  • Hardware and software inventory management.

  • Firewall (UTM) management.

  • IP Phone (VoIP) management.

  • Vendors & IT assets purchase management.
