Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify the potential for additional business
Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and expanding the company’s customer base
Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and identify potential new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in a business development or sales role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Experience with CRM software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed for business development activities
