  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify the potential for additional business

  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and expanding the company’s customer base

  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and identify potential new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals

  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in a business development or sales role

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Experience with CRM software and tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel as needed for business development activities
